Corporate Data Protection and Network Security

Corporate Data Protection and Network Security is a corporative mobile, web and desktop security solution that automatically protects and backups (archives) the contents of enterprise hard disks through full disk encryption, authorization and strong user authentication. It is full media, mobile, device security and safety.

Mobile Security is an encryption software submodule that protects applications and confidential data stored on devices such as PDAs and smartphones Windows Mobile.

Device Protector addresses internal threats through the powerful combination of port management and content filtering storage devices. By closing these potential leak points and providing a comprehensive audit report of data files moving on or off storage devices, enterprise staff can take centralized administration for corporate security (data loss prevention and data recovery) policies.

We (PhotonSoft Ltd.) adopt The Corporate Data Protection and Network Security (CDP&NETSEC) concept as a developing strategy, to making cost-effective (free of charge, OS) IT project that implements data protection and secure transmission (through LAN or over the Internet to business partners or customers).

We plan in two next years to create hrdware locator/crypter device of detection the type of data/content thats need to be encrypted and HOW? (algorithm of ciphering). It will works in a real time, continuously and policy enforcement will be built in from the ground up!

The method we adopted is to optimize remote data protection with combination of point-in-time snapshots with block-based replication. Once the replication function is enabled on the remote appliance and the initial synch to the host site has been performed, it should operate in incremental mode, monitoring for changed blocks and record only those blocks that were changed to save both disk capacity and bandwidth during replication operations. During the pre-defined period a snapshot of the changed data should be taken and then replicated to the central site. To save bandwidth your solution should also include data compression. That is why you it is important for the CDP appliance you select be intelligent enough to handle the data properly when combining encryption with data compression.

Because encryption causes data to become random, compression should take place before encryption, or, when encrypted, the data set might actually expand in size. In our aproach the data is compressed first, then encrypt it before sending it over the computer network to the main web site.

At the central site, the host CDP appliance will watch for incoming corporate data. As replicated data comes in from the remote corporate web site, it will unencrypt data, decompress data, and then write data onto local storage. Data should then be re-encrypted in the central location to ensure that the data-at-rest is not vulnerable to any security risks that can be introduced via the corporate network. Once all the data has arrived from remote sites, it is safe to back up data.


CDP&NETSEC is a IT project targeting policy-based and fully-automated data protection, encryption and transmission. Second year of our project we plan to create self-diagnostic risk-predict enterprise environment with artificial intelligence.
